Typhoon FGR4 ZK318 is the single example of the type that has received the 100th Anniversary logo 'decal' and is probably going to be used as the display mount for most of the season. Most serving RAF types have seen a single airframe marked in this way during the last month, and this effort - if that's not too strong a word - by the worlds first independent air force to mark it's centenary has been largely ridiculed by retired personnel and enthusiasts alike. A quick look at what the Belgian and Canadian Air Forces have unveiled in the last month or so for much less significant events only goes to show how little thought has gone into this unique milestone.
