One of my favourites. Army Air 312 caught nose on while landing on the 23 approach at Wattisham. Aircraft is fitted to frontline standard, with HIDAS but is also fited with the 'track and balance' device on the top of the left hand EFAB. this indicates the aircraft has probably had one or more of it's blades removed recently and is being calibrated. This image was the one that appeared in Dave Eade's recent book 'RAF Wattisham: A Pictoral History'.
