58-0016 is a fairly recent arrival to Mildenhall and the 100th Air Refueling Wing. It's also one of the few '135's fitted with the Multi Point Refueling System as can be seen by the drogue units fitted under the outer wing. Sometime ago I was told that the 100th wasn't qualified in their use, which is quite absurd really considering that the wing is the sole european forward deployed USAF tanker unit - where many of the recievers (like the RAF and USN) use the drogue system of AAR. Maybe this has changed recently if another MPRS aircraft has been assigned to the UK.
