Spitfire Mk1 N3200 taxies back in on the grass at Duxford following the late afternoon display. One of a small number of Mk1 Spitfires flying, all which have been made airworthy in recent years, N3200 is owned by the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. The aircraft was acquired by a US owner post restoration who graciously donated it to the museum. The presence of this aircraft at Duxford is immense, as 19 Squadron, whose markings it carries, were the first RAF Squadron to acquire Spitfires in 1938; Where...Duxford!
