This looks quite normal, with the SAR flight at Wattisham popping over for a look at their local airshow at Rougham. What most people didn't know was that this Sea King nearly came to grief a few days before this pic was taken. Sea King HAR3A ZH543/X was returning to Wattisham after a local training flight when the crew radioed in that the undercarriage would not come down (the wheels in the sponsons are retractable). The problem was solved in a superb piece of airmanship by both the air and ground crew, the aircraft hovered over the SAR pan at Wattisham while the guys on the ground cranked down and pinned the undercarriage locked by hand. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to see this done.
