Along with the four Serbian Mig-29 victories achieved by the F-15C's from the 493rd FS, this RNLAF F-16 was also credited with one downed on March 24th, 1999 during Operation Aliied Force. Post war research has shown the Mig was actually damaged and was able to land. If still carried, a Mig-29 silhouette was marked on the left hand side of the nose.
